We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Stewards and Hostesses to join our team for a wide range of exciting events across London. From concerts and festivals to exhibitions and hospitality venues, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, enjoyable, and professional experiences for guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, polite, and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in busy environments.
• Over 18 years old (essential).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or stewarding is preferred but not essential.

• Welcome and guide guests at events, exhibitions, and hospitality venues.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Assist with crowd management, ticketing, and access control.
• Support hospitality services, including bar and event hosting.
• Follow health, safety, and venue procedures at all times.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect.
