This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, & more. Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for Chase Stadium hospitality and concessions, is seeking professional and enthusiastic supervisors to join the team at Chase Stadium. This position will work in a designated area to oversee a team and operations, upholding the food and service standards set forth by the company. This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Always appear in proper uniform and look presentable when on the floor or at assigned area Supervise staff and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed. Ensure your area is completely set up prior to opening time of events. Ensure your assigned area is set up and maintained to meet event standards. Ensure all areas, equipment, floors, food services areas are clean and in proper working order. Responsible for accuracy and completion of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage. Note; any discrepancies should be reported immediately. Delegate tasks in an upbeat and courteous manner. Following up with team members and coaching them on-the-job while understanding there is not a one-size-fits-all method. Perform pre and post shift meetings and manage the team of staff that is scheduled to run each event. Responsible for all inventories and company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) in your assigned area. Perform prompt and friendly service. Maintain food quality. Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety and alcohol regulations. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year experience leading a food service team Familiar with premium operation and required set-up, execution and breakdown of event. Live within commuting distance of Chase Stadium ServSafe Certified preferred. Specialized Qualifications: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift (up to 8-12 hours). Excellent listening and communication skills. Planning, multi-tasking and a phenomenal team player. Self-motivated with a high energy level and strong verbal communication. Ability to communicate professionally with high end clients. Work Environment The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of Chase Stadium. Uniform Requirements Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of moving through an event space, and traveling throughout the stadium. Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
