We are looking for a driven professional who works guest-oriented and always strives to exceed the expectations of our guests. You are innovative-oriented, bring fresh ideas and are constantly looking for ways to improve our services. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will proactively take on opportunities and work independently, while always being performance-oriented and striving for excellent results.
You also bring:
· A solid technical background in AV, lighting, and/or staging (education or hands-on experience)
· Experience with setting up, operating, and troubleshooting event equipment.
· Flexibility and a willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during events, as needed.
· Strong communication skills in Engels and Papiamentu, Dutch is a plus.
· Knowledge of health & safety protocols during setups and breakdowns.

As an Event Technician, you are responsible for:
· Set up and operate audiovisual (AV) equipment for events.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
· Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand technical requirements.
· Maintain and perform basic repairs on AV equipment as needed.
· Monitor AV feeds to ensure quality standards are met.
· Train relevant staff on the use and handling of AV equipment.
