Description

Event Technologist (Level 1), Event Technology & Production As an Event Technologist at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and execution of technology solutions for our clients' events. Basic understanding of computers, service and network environments is required. This position reports to the Manager of Event Technology. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with a multitude of event technology solutions (registration, mobile apps, badges on demand, appointment scheduling, attendee communications, event analytics, attendance tracking, virtual event platforms, audience response systems, gamification, etc.). What you will do here: * Always provide excellent customer service. * Collaborate with internal team members, subject matter experts, and external clients. * Follow all client mandated standard operating procedures as required. * Ability to understand application and platform requirements. * Perform general application tasks throughout the program life cycle. * Actively participate in project calls * Support other tasks as requested * Understand payment transactions for registration websites. * Perform quality control of all aspects of the build including content review for grammar/spelling errors. * Understanding and following internal processes and procedures. * Travel onsite to support events. Onsite services would include, but are not limited to: * Support of hardware and software to manage on demand badge printing and attendance tracking. * Shipping/Receiving of equipment. * Support of mobile applications, updates, push notifications and attendee support. * Other duties as assigned. * Follow Information Privacy and Security SOPs to protect client’s information at all times.
