Location: Hybrid (Regular commute to Warrington, UK office required)

• Own client-facing delivery for multiple digital projects from initial briefing to post-event wrap-up
• Lead client calls to capture requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for in-house developers, designers, or third-party suppliers
• Build and configure systems using visual tools and admin dashboards such as registration platforms, event apps, and interactive displays
• Load and manage content across registration sites, apps, and interactive elements
• Handle event data including importing, cleaning, mapping, validating, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001 principles, and client-specific security requirements
• Oversee hardware setup for events including printers, networking, kiosks, and tablets
• Test and quality check all solutions before launch
• Be on-site during events to ensure technology runs smoothly
• Contribute to proposals and pitches for new business, suggesting digital ideas and solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare quotes for the digital elements of projects
• Learn and adopt new AI tools and workflows to improve project delivery and support
