Description
A Divine Event Design Studio, the in-house design and décor team supporting Wedgewood Weddings venues, is hiring a Warehouse / Delivery / Install Associate to help bring unforgettable wedding and event designs to life. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team that delivers beautiful events week after week. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Maintain, clean, and organize design inventory including décor, linens, lighting, and furniture * Pull and safely load event orders into company vans for delivery * Drive company vehicles to event venues and assist with load-in and setup * Install décor, furniture, arches, and lighting according to designer instructions and timelines * Support on-site event setups and breakdowns, both indoors and outdoors * Work collaboratively with Designers and Operations teams to ensure events are executed smoothly WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, event, or trade show environment * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Comfortable driving company vans (no CDL required) * Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and perform physical work for extended periods * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic math and computer skills * Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude * Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work with a sense of urgency SCHEDULE & DETAILS * Tuesday–Saturday schedule * Core hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday hours may vary based on event schedules * Onsite position Enough about you; this is what you need to know about us: We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986.
