POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and motivated Event Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to manage event scheduling, logistics, and marketing efforts. This role is essential to ensuring our event teams are prepared, our brand is well-represented, and our marketing campaigns effectively promote upcoming shows and products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in event coordination, marketing, or related fields preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Shopify, and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
