About the Role:
Our well-established Community Fundraising team is seeking to appoint a full time, fixed term (12 months) National Events Administrator to join their Redfern, NSW team with hybrid working arrangements. There is an opportunity for this position to become ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage events inbox and national events calendar
  • Manage and coordinate Campaign Collateral & timelines
  • Support the Event Manager with managing national invoicing / budgeting
  • Support Events team with national projects
  • Coordinate training - event management platforms
  • Support Event Coordinators with reporting and managing event registrations for major events
  • Manage vendor relations (venues, caterers, suppliers, AV etc.)
  • Support Event Coordinators with managing event logistics
  • Attend and coordinate event meetings as required - creation of agendas and minute taking to ensure wider teams and stakeholders are kept up to date and informed

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficient within database management & comfortable with latest relevant software & web-based communication applications
  • Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
