JOB TITLE: EVENTS AND CATERING MANAGER

Location: North Leeds
Reports to: Deputy CEO
Salary: £32,000 more for an exceptional candidate (more for exceptional candidate)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week during office hours – this may including some evening & weekend work
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced Events and Catering Manager to take the reins at our vibrant community interest catering company. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a wide range of services and events that don’t just delight customers – they change lives!
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do – leading on planning, administration coordination, and delivery of both internal and external events and daily sales in our café and restaurant.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Managing customer orders, administration, and driving service innovation
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and positive social impact
