• We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and highly organised Guest Relations & Events Manager to lead guest engagement and oversee private dining experiences, celebrations, and exclusive events within one of Dubai s most prestigious Italian Fine Dining Restaurants.
• Role Requirements Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager, Events Manager, Restaurant Events Manager, or Guest Experience Manager within a Fine Dining Restaurant or 5-Star Luxury Hotel/Resort in the UAE is mandatory
• Proven experience in 5-star luxury hospitality is essential
• Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing private events, VIP dinners, corporate functions, and celebrations
• Experience handling VIP, celebrity, and high-profile international guests with discretion and professionalism
• Exceptional guest engagement and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for personalised service
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to maximise event revenue and guest satisfaction
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Confident liaising with kitchen, service, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and a polished professional presence
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing), plus one additional European, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language (mandatory)
