We’re keen to welcome an Events Coordinator with big ideas, sharp attention to detail, and the drive to turn concepts into unforgettable experiences. If you’ve got a minimum 3–5 years of event planning under your belt, love managing all the moving pieces, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. From concept to execution, you’ll take the reins and bring big ideas to life.

Responsibilities

You’ll own the full events lifecycle—from brainstorming and budget planning to booking venues and ensuring speakers feel prepped and ready. Whether it’s an industry lunch, a member webinar, or our glamorous Awards Night, you’ll make it happen—on time, on brand, and on budget.

Here’s what to expect day to day:

  • Plan & deliver a jam-packed calendar of events for 30–500+ attendees
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, catering, AV, entertainment, and more
  • Create engaging event invites, social media content, programs and EDMs
  • Own the budget process and support smart decision making
  • Be the point of contact for members, sponsors, venues & partners
  • Run smooth, professional events where every detail just works
  • Gather feedback, report wins, and find ways to level-up each event
