OVERVIEW

Charlton Park Estate is looking for someone to manage and introduce large scale events to run in the park. They will also be responsible for managing contracts for the events and using their knowledge of the event market place to look for and introduce events to the Estate. They will also be responsible for our growing portfolio of short-term holiday lets. The properties are aimed at the luxurious end of the market with exclusive attractions, private settings, in grade II listed buildings catering for private stays, shoot parties, brand launches, events and fine dining.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a corporate events / large public events
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Accommodation can be included in the package.

SALARY WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities
  • Promotion of the Estate, updating of the website about upcoming events.
  • Booking and scheduling of future events on the online calendar
  • Managing current events and festivals on the estate
  • Meeting and promoting the unique features of the Estate to prospective events.
  • Flexibility to work weekends during events, if needed, with time back in lieu.
  • Site liaising with internal security
  • Managing guest hospitality bookings
  • Organisation overview of booking turn arounds, cleaning, maintenance, servicing.
  • Organising VIP guest requirements, to include managing any required staffing, chefs, transport, entertainment/activities if required.
