This is a full time role - 42.5 hours a week with a mix of early and late shifts typically 7.30am - 4pm OR 10.30am - 7pm.
Wallacespace provides bright, innovative spaces for offsite meetings, training, workshops and events. Delighting our clients with our can-do attitude and proactive approach is what we do and everyone who works with us shares this objective.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Events and Meetings Manager to work as part of a friendly team where no two days are the same in one of our stunning central London buildings.

The salary for this role is £28k per year.

Responsibilities

The Events and Meetings Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of meeting and training events and details. Ensuring the client is at the heart of all we do, you will be responsible for managing all details in the lead up to the event. You will greet our clients on arrival, identifying ways in which we can delight and exceed our clients’ expectations and say goodbye at the end of the client event. Crucially, insights and information gained through client interactions must be meticulously documented and effectively communicated back to the sales team to aid future business.
A natural team player, you will enjoy collaborating with your client services and facilities colleagues to look after our spaces, ensuring the environment always looks at its best.
