Job Description Job Description We are seeking a proactive and organized Events and Sales Assistant to support our event coordination and client acquisition efforts. This role involves working closely with our Events and Sales teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and follow-up for promotional campaigns and client-facing events. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional and corporate events Support the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups Set up and break down event materials, displays, and booths Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies Prepare reports and track performance of sales/event campaigns Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Engage with clients, attendees, and vendors in a professional manner Coordinate schedules, logistics, and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of experience in event coordination, sales assistance, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable working both independently and in team settings Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events Valid driver’s license preferred Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary ($53,000 – $57,000) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Hands-on training and mentorship Dynamic and collaborative team environment Clear career development pathway in events and sales Regular business hours (Monday to Friday) with occasional events
