The Events and Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events, as well as assisting the sales team in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish Support the sales team by managing client communications and preparing sales materials Maintain and update event and sales databases with accurate information Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services Help manage event logistics including registration, setup, and on-site support Prepare reports and presentations related to sales performance and event outcomes Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in event coordination or sales support roles Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Additional Information Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Skill development and ongoing learning opportunities Exposure to diverse projects and industry experience Compensation: USD 16 - USD 26 - hourly
