Job Description Job Description :We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of our events while supporting our sales operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events from conception through to completion. Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses to increase client satisfaction. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and equipment setup for events. Maintain and update sales and event databases to ensure accurate and current information. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and communications for upcoming events and sales campaigns. Track sales leads, prepare reports, and assist in monitoring sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in event coordination and sales support or similar roles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM and event management software.
