Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials and proposals. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Maintain accurate records of event details, sales leads, and client information. Assist in managing social media and marketing campaigns related to events and sales. Qualifications Requirements Previous experience in event coordination or sales support is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
