Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, while also driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities: * Assist in coordinating and executing events from planning through to completion. * Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and managing client communications. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and event details. * Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met. * Help manage event logistics including setup, registration, and on-site support. Qualifications: * Previous experience in event planning, sales, or related fields preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software. * Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple client interactions.
