Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring that all details are handled with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and is eager to grow within the event and project management space. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of in-person and virtual events. Manage event logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, catering, and materials. Maintain accurate schedules and timelines, tracking milestones and deadlines. Prepare documentation such as event briefs, run-of-shows, and contact lists. Support event set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown as needed. Handle administrative tasks such as managing RSVPs, sending confirmations, and compiling feedback. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery. Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or event management software. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends if required. Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($52,000 – $55,000 annually).
