The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and community events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional experiences for participants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events and initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event needs. Support logistics, including scheduling, setup, and on-site event management. Prepare event materials, reports, and post-event evaluations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across events. Manage administrative tasks related to event budgets, contracts, and timelines. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
