The Events Assistant will support our project managers and creative team in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and marketing events that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, logistics, and coordination of events from concept to completion. Communicate effectively with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare event materials, schedules, and post-event reports. Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and client relations. Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule. Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and brand presentations. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
