Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional events for our real estate and development clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly and reflect the high standards of the Property Soar brand. You’ll work closely with the Events Manager, vendors, and marketing team to deliver impactful events that connect people to properties. Responsibilities Assist in organizing property tours, open houses, launch events, and client-facing gatherings. Support the logistics of venue coordination, materials preparation, and onsite setup and breakdown. Coordinate communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Maintain event timelines and track deliverables to meet deadlines. Greet and assist event attendees and provide onsite support during events. Manage inventory of event supplies and promotional materials. Collect and organize post-event feedback and contribute to event reports. Ensure all events uphold the Property Soar brand standards and client expectations. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred. 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or related roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments. Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and behavior. Must be available for occasional evening or weekend events as needed. Familiarity with real estate or property marketing is a plus.
