Job Description Job Description Alphabe Insight is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. You will work closely with our Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and promotional events Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to arrange logistics Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule Prepare and manage event materials, supplies, and inventory Support onsite event operations including setup, registration, and guest support Handle administrative duties such as maintaining event records and processing invoices Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis for improvements Assist with coordinating internal meetings and team-building events as needed Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with event tools/software is a plus Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Must be available for occasional evenings or weekends depending on event needs Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $52,000 – $55,000 per year Opportunities for career growth and professional development Gain valuable experience in event strategy, execution, and client communication Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment Health and wellness benefits available after probationary period Access to exclusive networking and industry events
