Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing diverse client events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys logistical challenges, and is passionate about creating exceptional event experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of corporate and promotional events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. Support onsite logistics including registration, set-up, and client hospitality. Maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and documentation. Contribute to post-event evaluations and reports. Track inventory and supplies needed for each event. Communicate effectively with clients and guests to ensure a positive experience. Troubleshoot event issues in real time with professionalism and calm. Qualifications Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines. Prior experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends during events. High attention to detail and client service mindset.
