Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of professional events, workshops, and educational programs. The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each event runs smoothly and aligns with Skillbridge Academy’s standards of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, seminars, and workshops Support logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and on-site setup Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers as needed Help manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met Assist with attendee coordination, registrations, and event documentation Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and assist with post-event reporting Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a proactive mindset Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a growing organization Additional Information Competitive salary ($49,000 – $53,000 per year) Growth opportunities within a professional and supportive organization Skill development in event coordination, project management, and professional operations Collaborative team environment Exposure to high-quality educational and professional events Stable full-time position with long-term potential
