Job Description Job Description Beloform is seeking a motivated Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination team. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments. The Events Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from event preparation to execution. Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Support event setup, on-site management, and breakdown. Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Track budgets, invoices, and event-related expenses. Prepare event materials, documentation, and reports. Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
