The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while working alongside a passionate team that values creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion. Support the Events Manager in logistical arrangements including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup. Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and participants to ensure all event needs are met. Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records. Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, brochures, and signage. Assist with on-site event setup, management, and teardown to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
