Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of academic programs, corporate workshops, and institutional events. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and contributing to seamless event experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Coordinator and leadership team to ensure each event is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the Academy’s standards of quality. Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating on-site and off-site events, workshops, and training sessions Support venue selection, vendor communication, and contract coordination Manage event logistics including schedules, materials, and equipment preparation Coordinate registration processes and attendee communications Maintain event budgets and assist with expense tracking Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and safety standards Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution Prepare post-event reports and assist with evaluation processes Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools Professional demeanor and strong time management skills Additional Information Competitive salary ($48,000 – $52,000 annually) Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Skill development through hands-on event management experience Collaborative and mission-driven work environment Structured training and mentorship support
