Job Description The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the coordination, planning, and execution of events from concept to completion. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site event support to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and branded events Support event logistics including schedules, materials, timelines, and setup coordination Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure alignment Help prepare event documentation, checklists, and operational plans Provide on-site event support before, during, and after events Track event-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met Assist with post-event wrap-ups, reports, and evaluations Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments Professional attitude and team-oriented approach Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with basic office tools and scheduling systems Additional Information Competitive salary ($47,000 – $51,000 annually) Growth opportunities within a developing company Hands-on experience in event planning and coordination Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to build valuable organizational and coordination skills
