Job Description The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including workshops, conferences, professional trainings, and academy-hosted engagements. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure every event runs seamlessly and reflects the high standards of Skillbridge Academy. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and logistical coordination of on-site and off-site events. Support event setup, scheduling, vendor communication, and material preparation. Coordinate event registration, participant check-in, and attendee inquiries. Maintain event calendars, documentation, and reports for ongoing and upcoming activities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all event needs and objectives are met. Monitor event timelines and provide support to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Contribute to creating a positive and professional atmosphere for all participants and partners. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Professional demeanor and a commitment to high-quality service.
