Job Description Job Description Beloform is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist our Events Team in logistics, coordination, and onsite execution, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate events, trade shows, and brand activations Support the Events Manager in vendor communication, scheduling, and budgeting Handle pre-event preparations, including inventory, material shipping, and travel arrangements Provide onsite event support, including set-up, guest registration, and coordination with vendors Maintain event calendars and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met Conduct post-event reporting and gather client feedback Collaborate with internal teams to align event execution with branding objectives Qualifications Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required) Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($52K–$55K annually) Growth and career advancement opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Hands-on experience in high-impact events and brand activations Skills development and training resources Paid time off and company-recognized holidays Office located in central Atlanta with access to public transportation
