Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to ensure all logistics, vendor communications, and event materials are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion. Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual arrangements. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Prepare event materials such as schedules, guest lists, and signage. Provide on-site event support and ensure all activities run smoothly. Track event budgets, invoices, and post-event reports. Qualifications Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
