Job Description Job Description Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution team. This position involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating vendors, handling administrative duties, and ensuring seamless onsite support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering top-tier experiences that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination of event logistics, timelines, and production schedules Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm event details Manage inventory and event materials before, during, and after each event Support event set-up, registration, guest assistance, and tear-down Maintain event documentation, contracts, and internal tracking systems Collaborate with the Events Manager and team members to ensure all event needs are met Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth operations Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary ($52,000 – $55,000) Opportunities for career advancement and internal promotions Skill development and training sessions Dynamic, supportive team environment Access to company-hosted events and networking opportunities Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with occasional event-based flexibility
