Job Description Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for event coordination and brand experiences. You will work closely with our Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that each event runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of company events and activations. Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site event support. Manage timelines, budgets, and post-event reports. Prepare materials and documentation required for meetings and event approvals. Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments and external partners. Provide administrative and operational support to the Events team as needed. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or customer-facing roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning tools is a plus. Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary within the $64,000–$68,000 range.
