Responsibilities Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination. Support in preparing event materials, documentation, and communications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event requirements are met. Help maintain event timelines, task lists, and follow-up reports. Coordinate vendors, supplies, and setup arrangements as needed. Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure seamless execution. Contribute to improving event processes and enhancing the attendee experience. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
