Job Description Job Description: Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and client-focused events. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering seamless event experiences. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, including client meetings, open houses, and networking events. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup. Maintain event calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth operations. Support marketing and communications teams with event-related materials and communications. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. Assist in post-event reporting and evaluation to improve future events. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
