Job Description Job Description Beloform is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of live and experiential events. This role involves working closely with the events team to ensure flawless event logistics, client satisfaction, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating engaging brand experiences. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish Support logistical arrangements including venue setup, materials, catering, and vendor coordination Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure event expectations are met Help with budget tracking and event timelines Manage event inventory and supplies Provide on-site support during event execution Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination (internships count) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to lift event materials and stand for extended periods when required Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($52,000–$56,000 annually) Opportunities for professional development and career growth Dynamic and collaborative team environment Access to exclusive industry events and trainings Paid time off and holidays Health and wellness benefits
