Responsibilities Assist with the planning and organization of corporate, promotional, and community events. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and materials management. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. Maintain event records, schedules, and project documentation. Help monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Provide on-site support during events and address operational needs as they arise. Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
