Responsibilities Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, both on-site and off-site. Coordinate logistics including vendors, schedules, materials, and venue arrangements. Support the events manager with administrative tasks and project timelines. Communicate with clients and partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Manage inventory, event supplies, and documentation efficiently. Contribute creative ideas for event themes, layouts, and guest engagement strategies. Qualifications Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Professional demeanor and collaborative attitude.
