Job Description Job Description SkillBridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of educational and corporate events. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, communicating with partners, and ensuring each event runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Responsibilities Support the planning, organization, and execution of academy events, conferences, and workshops. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure timely and efficient event delivery. Assist in developing event materials, schedules, and documentation. Manage event registration, communications, and attendee support. Oversee logistics, including setup, audiovisual requirements, and post-event evaluations. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
