JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the coordination and delivery of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. This role involves both administrative and hands-on event support, ensuring all activities run smoothly and professionally.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service (e.g. hotels, restaurants) is preferred
  • Experience supporting fundraising or charity events is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a good eye for detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
