OVERVIEW

We are bespoke downtown venue with a strong focus on hospitality. Our standard is an extension of our restaurant providing guests with outstanding food and service. This role is a hybrid role between running service and assistanting in admin. You will work directly with a GM going through and being trained on all aspects of events from booking, management and the business side of things. We are a family owned and operated business with a very close knit and supported team. All management have been in possitions for a least two years and a focus on growth either within the building or training to allow growth outside the building are our focus. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person who wants to be involved and take pride in hosting and ensuring guest expectations are always surpassed.. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and working to help strategize, and work with clients.. This position requires a blend of great attitude, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience working events is appreciated but not required. The right candidate will be trained throughout their tenure here to move on to a general manager role. (We’ve had 4 GM’s in our 11 year history and three of them were AGM’s when they started)

SKILLS

  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to run a smooth service managing a team of up to 10 people during an event.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
  • Time management skills that enable efficient task completion under tight deadlines.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.01-$65,000.00 per year
