Job Summary: The Events Associate will report to the Global Events Coordinator. This person is responsible for the preparation, packing, inventory management, and shipping of materials and supplies for company tradeshows, conferences, and hands-on workshops. This role ensures that all event-related materials are organized, shipped on time and returned efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 1-2 years’ experience in event planning, sales, packing, or customer service
· Experience working tradeshows/conferences, organizing, tracking, shipping supplies.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.
· Detail-oriented, strong organization and planning skills, excellent follow-up and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
