ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Events Associate to join our Singapore team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences. As an Events Associate, you’ll be a key player in driving event business—from handling enquiries to executing exceptional events on-site. For the right candidate, this role offers a pathway to grow into event management and beyond within our expanding regional team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound event enquiries via email, phone, and social platforms
• Host on-site tours for potential clients and walk them through the event experience
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing event organisers and key corporate partners
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow the events pipeline
• Collaborate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Create and update proposals, contracts, and booking documentation with accuracy
• Manage event calendars and ensure all booking details are clearly communicated to internal teams
• Contribute to the planning and marketing of promotional events or seasonal activations
• Collect feedback post-event and suggest improvements for future experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to keep our offerings fresh and relevant
