Job Type: Part-Time / On-Call (Weekends & Evenings Required)
Compensation: $12-14/hour + tips

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Events Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in craft cocktails and wine, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working special occasions and understands the importance of impeccable service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (event or banquet bartending preferred)
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails; wine service experience is a plus
• Must be 18+ and RAMP certified (or willing to obtain before first shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Punctual, team-oriented, and reliable

• Set up and break down portable and fixed bars for weddings, banquets, and private events
• Serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails efficiently and responsibly
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Manage drink tickets, open bars, or cash bars per event specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during and after service
• Monitor guest consumption and follow all state and venue alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with the events team and banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution
• Represent the Inn’s commitment to quality, professionalism, and grace in every interaction
