JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE IN CHARGE FOR EVENTS, BOOKING, AND SALES

Job Overview: The Executive In charge for Events, Booking, and Sales is responsible for managing and coordinating the organization’s event activities, booking processes, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. This role ensures that all events run smoothly, that client bookings are handled efficiently, and that sales targets are met.

  • Proven experience in event management, sales, and booking coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Event Management:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events (including conferences, workshops, seminars, corporate events, etc.).
  • Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for all events.
  • Supervise event staff and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Monitor post-event feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Booking Coordination:
  • Handle the booking of venues, rooms, equipment, and other event-related services.
  • Coordinate schedules between clients and vendors to confirm event details.
  • Ensure booking documentation and contracts are properly prepared, signed, and stored.
  • Address any issues or changes in bookings promptly and effectively.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase event bookings and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on event performance, booking statistics, and sales progress.
  • Analyze sales data to determine effective strategies for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
