Singapore owned food company is looking for a catering sales assistant for our growing catering business. Candidate must be friendly and enjoy interacting with customers.
Location: Bukit Batok
Job scope:
1) Answer email and phone enquiries regarding catering menus and packages (some work from home days)
2) generate sales quotation and invoices for potential leads & follow up to close deals
3) coordinate between kitchen and logistics drivers to ensure smooth operations of catered events
4) process invoices and payment after end of events
5) maintain customers’ database and update customers of latest menus
6) order and procure food items for kitchen
7) general admin support for management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum Diploma in Business. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
2) Salary will vary based on experience
3) Meticulous and attention to details.
4) Digital- savvy and proficient in English and Chinese
