EVENTS & COMMUNITY INITIATIVES COORDINATOR

Contract Length: 6 months fixed term contract, extended on good performance
Contract Hours: Zero-hour contract, minimum 21 hours per week (paid hourly for additional hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Head Office, Bradford
Reporting To: Head of Compliance, Safeguarding & Workforce Development & other management
Hourly Rate: £12.50

OPERATIONS & FACILITIES

  • Carry out practical duties including shopping, stock management, and venue setup/pack down.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the City Hub, ensuring it is ready for use at all times.
  • Support with sustainability initiatives, including sales and reuse of surplus items.
  • Act as the on-site lead for community groups, ensuring smooth delivery and participant satisfaction.
  • Oversee volunteers and sessional staff where required.
