Our relationships — with founders, limited partners (LPs), and co-investors — are at the heart of our work. We are looking for a relationship-driven, highly organized Events & Community Manager to design and execute high-impact experiences that deepen connections across our network.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy, hands-on environment and wants a front-row seat to the venture capital world — working directly with the General Partners and engaging with influential founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in event planning, event marketing, or community management (VC, private equity, or startup experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to execute high-quality events end-to-end.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with event tools, CRMs, and basic marketing platforms.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role combining event planning and community engagement. You’ll manage our annual events calendar, execute high-touch gatherings for LPs and prospective LPs, coordinate side events around major industry conferences (e.g., SOCAP, SXSW), and foster meaningful engagement in our founder community.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating a strategic event plan and rolling up their sleeves to confirm RSVPs, coordinate with vendors, or set up tables.
