Description The Events Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Dynasty-hosted and end client events, with a primary focus on assisting with logistics, coordination, and on-site support. This role is ideal for someone early in their events career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, experience-driven team. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Associate and VP, Head of Events to support internal Dynasty events, client events, and broader community initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of client events, including logistics, communications, and on-site coordination. Assist with planning and execution of select internal Dynasty events. Help manage attendee lists, registration, materials, and event documentation. Support vendor coordination, venue research, and event logistics. Assist with event calendars, timelines, and budget tracking. Help prepare pre-event communications and post-event follow-up materials. Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance. Assist with swag inventory, ordering, and organization. Support post-event surveys, reporting, and team debriefs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
